At AquaLounge, we stand behind the quality of our inflatable pool chairs and want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

RETURNS

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, uninflated, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at customer.helpdesk.team1@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Please note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, inflatable pool chairs that have been used in or near water cannot be returned or refunded. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Please include a photo of the damage or defect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been used, inflated, or exposed to water

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing depending on your financial institution.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

LOST OR MISSING ORDERS

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please check your tracking information first. If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, contact us and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
